This site describes digital marketing, SEO, advertising, social media, WhatsApp/AI, website and related growth services on a project or ongoing monthly-management basis (see individual service pages for package details). Package inclusions, pricing and scope shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed in writing (proposal, quotation or agreement) before work begins.
Prices shown on this site are our professional service charges only. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, AI/API usage, CRM, chatbot, hosting, licences, influencer/creator fees and other third-party costs are separate and are not included unless explicitly stated in an approved proposal — see each service page for the specific exclusions that apply to it. Payment terms (schedule, method, currency) are agreed with each client individually before work begins.
We build, manage and optimise marketing systems, but we do not guarantee specific leads, sales, rankings, followers, revenue or ROI. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, competition, budget, industry conditions and business execution. Any figures shown on this site (including on the Results page) reflect outcomes for specific past clients and are not a prediction or guarantee for your business.
Strategy documents, creative concepts and materials we create remain our intellectual property until agreed deliverables are paid for in full, at which point ownership transfers as specified in the individual project agreement. This website's own content, design and branding remain the property of RK Vridhi Digital.
To the extent permitted by law, RK Vridhi Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities) arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services may involve third-party platforms (advertising platforms, social networks, WhatsApp, CRM/chatbot tools, hosting providers). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those third parties.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice period agreed in the individual client proposal/agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
